Valpolicella DOC

The Valpolicella DOC wine is a blend principally of two grapes, Corvina and Corvinone, and comes from an area north of Verona in the Veneto. The Ripasso version is a DOC in its own right and is made by passing the fermenting must over the skins from the production of Amarone.
