Non-dosé
Non-dosé is a method of producing either Champagne or sparkling wines where no sugar is added after the disgorgement process. The result is a clear, dry wine which is also known as Ultra Brut, Brut Zero, Extra Brut, Zéro Dosage, Pas Dosé, or Brut Nature.
