Minutolo Grape Variety

The Minutolo grape variety is an indigenous white grape found particularly in the Valle d’Itria of Puglia. It produces a pale green wine with a bouquet of melon and fennel and on the palate it has a pleasant acidity with a dry finish. It is used primarily in the Minutolo IGT wines from Puglia.
