Drupeggio Grape Variety

Drupeggio, also known as Canaiolo Bianco, is a white Italian grape variety which is grown predominantly in the Tuscany region as well as around Orvieto in Umbria. There is some argument as to whether Drupeggio is actually Canaiolo Bianco or whether it is a different variety. Drupeggio is also often confused with another Tuscan white varietal, namely Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
