Chiaretto

Chiaretto is a rosé version of Bardolino. It is a dry and crisp rosé made from red wine grapes using white winemaking methods. This wine is made using primarily Corvina grapes with some Rondinella and Molinara grapes. The rules around this are changing and producers are having to greatly increase their use of Corvina grapes with a resultant decrease in the other minor grape varieties.
