Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG

Cerasuolo di Vittoria is a DOCG wine from Sicily. It is made mainly from Frappato and Nero d’Avola (Calabrese). Cerasuolo di Vittoria is Sicily’s only DOCG wine. A lot of the Sicilian winemakers mature the wine in terracotta amphorae to try and avoid any influence wooden barrels may have on the flavour of the wine.
