Sangue di Giuda DOC

Sangue di Giuda (the Blood of Judas) is a red DOC wine. It is made in the same area as Buttafuoco and from the same blend of grapes namely Croatina, Barbera, Ughetta di Canneto and Uva Rara and/or Vespolina. Fermentation is halted before all the sugars have turned to alcohol and the result is a wonderfully light sparkling red wine.
