The Rosso di Montepulciano DOC wine is blended using 70% Prugnolo Gentile grapes. The same grapes are used for the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano but the Rosso is specifically made to be lighter so that it can pair with pasta dishes and other more delicate flavours.
