Bombino Bianco Grape Variety

Bombino Bianco is a white grape planted primarily along Italy’s Adriatic coast, most notably in Puglia. It is used in quite a few wines because it tends to produce high yields and often produces neutral flavours. It is best known for being added to Castel del Monte DOC.
