Ancellota is a grape variety grown mainly in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy but also in other regions such as Piedmont, the Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Tuscany. In Emilia Romagna Ancellota is one of the grape varieties used in the making of Lambrusco wine.
